I was absolutely stunned when I received the Bridgerton products. Not only because I feel so lucky and grateful to receive such a beautiful PR gift, but also because all the products look SO GOOD. I couldn’t wait to try out all the products. I was immediately attracted to the stunning bath bomb ‘Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut’. It’s a diamond shaped bath bomb with the imprint of a crown. It contains my two favorite colors: pink and blue! If you’re curious about this beauty, keep on reading.

What is it?

Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Alcohol Denat., Cornstarch, Bergamot Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Water (Aqua), Titanium Dioxide, Talc, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Dipropylene Glycol, *Citral, Hydroxycitronellal, *Limonene, *Linalool, Perfume, Colour 45410:2, Colour 42090, Colour 42090:2, Colour 15850:1, Colour 77491, Colour 77499, Colour 17200

Lush Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut Bath Bomb costs £7.00 / $9.00 / €9,00 (125g) and is part of the Bridgerton collab. I didn’t capture it on the photos, but it’s a diamond shaped bath bomb. The scent is amazing—bergamot oil, lemon myrtle oil and benzoin. Bergamot and lemon are both zesty, citrusy scents, but the benzoin plays a big part in the scent. Benzoin has the warm, comforting scent of vanilla, which is clearly dominant here. I couldn’t even tell there’s bergamot and lemon inside! Perhaps you remember The Elephant in the Tea Room bath bomb from a few years back? It shares the same scent. Absolutely love it!

What do I think?

When it hits the water, it starts creating an aura of pink and blue swirls. It neatly floats through the water, not providing us with a very spectacular show. Instead, it’s a calm and slow fizzer, creating stunning light blue waters at first, then gradually turning darker till it’s a pretty shade of blue. No popping candy, no notes inside, just a fancy slow fizzer. I noticed the scent coming fully alive, which I absolutely loved! After about 8 minutes its completely dissolved and I was ready to hop in for a relaxing bath.

Despite its fancy looks and fancy name, it’s not a fancy bath bomb. It’s perfect for those who want to unwind at the end of the day and enjoy the beautiful, shimmer-filled waters.
