What I love about the Easter range is all the fun colors and designs the bath bombs have. The first signs of Spring are here and having the Easter range on my desk, waiting to be reviewed, I couldn’t be more excited for Spring. Today I’ll be reviewing this cute chick, named Cheep Cheep. Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Popping Candy, Tapioca Starch, Fine Sea Salt, Bergamot Oil, Lime Oil, Violet Leaf Absolute, Titanium Dioxide, Water (Aqua), Dipropylene Glycol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, *Limonene, Perfume, Colour 47005:1

Lush Cheep Cheep Bath Bomb costs £3.50 and is part of the Easter 2024 range. Its price is fairly cheap, but keep in mind that it’s also a somewhat smaller bath bomb. Knowing Lush, it doesn’t have to mean anything 😉 It’s 75 grams and the cute design makes this bath bomb also very suitable as a gift to children. It contains popping candy as well, which makes it extra fun! A blend of bergamot oil, lime oil and violet absolute make for a berry-like scent. To me, the scent is like fruity berries. It has a hint of lime and bergamot, making it somewhat fresh as well. It’s a very lovely scent, nothing too complex. The bath bomb also contains tapioca starch, an ingredient that will make your skin super soft.

This chicken is a quick fizzer! It completely dissolved within 2 minutes. It’s violently fizzing on the surface, while yellow clouds appear on the bottom of the tub. In the last 20 seconds, I could hear some popping candy—but had I not know it contained popping candy, I never would’ve heard it. The water was a shade of light yellow. To be honest, it’s not the best bath bomb I ever had. It’s not even in my top 50. It’s perfect for smaller baths, for kids, for combining it with other bad products.. I’d rather spend a few bucks extra to have a bigger bath bomb with some cool bath art. I couldn’t smell anything either. On the positive side, it made my skin super soft afterwards! There was no residue left in the tub, so no scrubbin’ afterwards. I wouldn’t buy it again though, I love me some bath art and this one’s just too simple for me.
