I’m in love with butterflies, I even have a butterfly tattoo right above my butt crack. Okay, I was 17 when I got that tattoo, and I’d rather see it gone, but that doesn’t mean that I’ll always love these beautiful, little creatures. No wonder I let one flutter into my shopping basket. So if you’re curious about this little guy, keep on reading!
Shower bombs, I love them. I have already reviewed of few of ’em, so you might be familiar with them and how they work. If not, you can read about it in this review! They are really worth trying. In the Easter range as well as in the Mother’s Day range, there were two shower bombs. I decided to give ’em a try. Are they a hit or a miss? Let’s find out.
No, Gritty Politti is not the name of some Italian mafia boss. It is one of the new, naked cleansing balms from Lush! Previously I already reviewed Jade Roller and Sleepy (English review coming soon!), but there are more naked cleansers and one of those I’m going to show you today. What distinguishes it from the other cleansers? Let’s find out.
Every time I was browsing in the webshop, I saw Goddess in my corner of the eye. She stared at me, but I ignored her. After all, she costs £5.95 and I thought that was a little too much money, especially given my already big bath bomb stash.
But then, one day, I fell for her. I clicked on her and the video in the background immediately started playing. I looked at it intrigued and saw how the purple colors and glitter from the bath bomb were being spit into the water. Now I was hoping for a hot curry smell (I hate hot curry), so that I didn’t have to buy it, I glanced at the description. Shit, no curry. I dó see sandalwood (I love sandalwood) and before I knew it, I ordered Goddess in complete euphoria. After solemnly promising myself not to buy a bath bomb of £5.95, I fell for this purple beauty.
If you are curious whether this beauty is worth the price, keep on reading!
Are you looking for a bubble bar with lots of glitter? Stop your quest, grab your wallet, put on your coat (very important, it’s cold outside) run to nearest Lush and throw Love Token in your shopping basket. (Or immediately throw in sixteen) This bubble bar has not only a great smell but also a LOT of glitter. Are you curious? Then read on. I know you want it.
One of the best known fragrances of Lush is Honey I Washed The Kids. Products of this fragrance line contain the delicious scent of honey, vanilla and caramel. I have had almost all products with this fragrance, and every time I use them, I really enjoy the warm scent. I was therefore curious about the bath bomb with this exact same scent. So hop, from the shopping basket directly into the bath.
There are times where I am very happy with having a bath. The Easter and Mother’s Day collection of Lush both contain a LOT of bath products. And that of course means that I want to try everything! It was difficult to make a choice, and to be fair — the products are not very cheap (especially the past few months), but eventually I decided to go for Jasmine Flower. And I certainly do not regret it!
When I was browsing through the webshop, looking for products to review for my blog, I did not really know what bath bombs I should buy. They all looked so beautiful! I decided to put some random bath bombs in my basket, including this Floating Flower. And guys, I am SO glad I did. Because this bath bomb has a real chance of knocking off my beloved Golden Wonder Bath Bomb off its throne..
In the Easter range there are some great and fun bath bombs. And by fun, I mean REALLY fun and unique. My 2 year old nephew would completely lose his shit if he saw this bath bomb, he is crazy about “dinowawus” 😂 In this large egg, consisting of two halves, there is a piece of Fun in the shape of a dinosaur. This is genius. It’s a bit more expensive than you are used to. Of course you can use this egg twice, or just in once, it’s up to you.
Of course I wanted the best result for the photo and I just threw the whole thing into my bath. If you want to know how that looks like, then you should definitely continue reading!
A new shower product, with no sulphates and palm oil? Sign me up. Lush brought us this shower oil which is naked ánd vegan. And of course I had to test this for my blog. Just like the rest of the complete Easter and Mother’s Day range, by the way. All those amazing products. Poor me. Feel free to pity me. Let’s find out how this product works and if it’s a hit or a miss!
