When I placed an order with Lush UK, I knew I probably had to pay customs, so I decided to order all of the UK exclusives all at once. Including the new CBD products! I’ve never had CBD products before, but the hype in the last years definitely made me curious. Using CBD in bath products was a new move for Lush, but it seems like the products are welcomed with open arms. Today I’m giving this product a try, I can’t wait!

If there’s one thing I love about the Easter range, it’s the ridiculously cute bath bombs. Take Humpty Dumpty for example. This cute, round fella has a shocked expression on its face, and of course the question remains why. Maybe it’s because he knows you need to crack him open before using, by smashing his head against the edge of the tub? Let’s find out how that works.

Where I live (The Netherlands) Mother’s Day is being celebrated on May 9. Because it is celebrated in England on March 14, the Mother’s Day range has already launched over there! Good excuse to place an UK order. A little risky, since due Brexit you have to pay customs tax when you order from UK, but since it wasn’t happening on every parcel, I decided to just take my chances. Results: I had to pay 30 euro customs tax :’) But it was worth it, because now I get to review the Mother’s Day goodies before they launch in Europe and NA. Let’s start with this beauty today!

Some products will just never be a favorite of yours. For me, it’s the lip scrubs. Whenever I buy one and I test it out for a blog post, I enjoy the product, but after the blog post’s published, it gets crammed away in one of my bathroom closets. And then I simply forget about it — therefore I have never ever finished a lip scrub. Although, this time, I can’t imagine I’ll never finish this lip scrub — it has got to be the most delicious lip scrub Lush has ever produced.

The Easter collection by Lush has to be my favorite range of all times. Nothing beats Easter — the cute bath bombs, the cheerful scents and colors, the fact that Spring is around the corner. One of the products that grabbed my attention was Flamingo Egg. Pink and blue, with colored sea salt sprinkled on top. It looks incredibly cute, but how will this brand new bath bomb perform in the tub? Let’s find out.

Once in a while Lush brings out extra luxurious bath bombs — the Bombshells. I LOVE these type of bath bombs, as they’re c h o n k y and very luxurious. When they launched The Sleeping Giant in January, it was just a matter of time before I got my hands on one. I’m a huge Sleepy fan, so bonus points for that. Today I’m telling you all about this bath bomb!

When I learned that my favorite product Candy Rain shared its scent with the OG bath bomb ‘Mrs Whippy’, I knew I had to get my hands on it. Lucky for me, it was in the Kitchen box last month! I couldn’t be more happy — a bath bomb with my all time favorite scent by Lush. Time to review this product!

Dream Cream is one of my favorite products by Lush. Its amazing scent and results have made me a big fan of this product, so the arrival of Oaty Dreamy Creamy (formerly known as 101 Salvations) in 2017 was more than welcome. I couldn’t wait to combine these two products for my dry ass skin, so time for a review.

I remember Twilight shower gel being my first Lush shower gel ever. I was so in love with the beautiful, dark blue/purple color, full of tiny shimmers. I don’t have that bottle anymore, and Lush doesn’t sell this shower gel anymore, but no panic — we have Sleepy now. Sleepy is the same scent as Twilight, although some would say they smell slightly different. I don’t know, I like them both, but I have to admit I look the looks of Twilight more. Oh well, let’s review this baby!

Evelien has kindly invited me to post my Lush perfume reviews on her blog, after she saw them on Reddit. I have a passion for fragrances and writing and I am so happy I finally found a way to combine the two!
In my 25 years I have tried roughly 100 Lush perfumes and body sprays. They are so special and unique but also… not the cheapest. This is why I always do my best to give a detailed scent description for each and every one, so you can make an informed purchase-decision.
Our garden is covered in a beautiful blanket of snow, the fireplace is burning and I have a mug of hot tea in front of me – the circumstances don’t get any more perfect for writing a review!
