Bath bombs
I’m going to the bathroom, and I’m taking with me.. a beach ball. Peng is a brightly colored bath bomb from the Harajuku range, one that immediately appealed to me because of the cheerful colors. As the warm weather is not really coming through in the Netherlands, this bath bomb will hopefully bring us some rays of sunlight.

Chook chook! The Father’s Day range comes in by steam train this year, and delivers a number of great products to the train platform. This year’s theme is obviously Dear John, as there are many products with the Dear John scent. But not this one! Yesterday you could already read my review on the shampoo bar, but that same afternoon I couldn’t resist tossing this cute train in bath water.

A bath bomb with pieces of sea salt? Very interesting. Yet I’m more tempted to buy these sea salt bath bombs, because they make my skin so super soft every time. There’s not a lot of other ingredients that do such a good job. Because of this, and because of Hulder’s beautiful appearance, I couldn’t have skipped this bath bomb. Today you’ll read all about it.

Turmeric Latte is a bath bomb that I originally didn’t really want to buy, because it contains coconut and turmeric — two ingredients that I really hate. Turmeric is the main ingredient of curry, and as you (hopefully) know by now, I find curry really awful. So yeah, I’d just skip Turmeric Latte. Until.. I heard around me that Turmeric Latte doesn’t really smell like turmeric, nor does it smell like coconut. Plus, the bath art was very beautiful as well. Great, now I probably need it. And indeed, not much later, Turmeric Latte turned up on my doorstep. Today’s the verdict!

I believe Harajuku was my first choice when I looked at the 54 new bath bombs in the webshop. Not only because of its pink color, but also because of the scent description! It took a while before I tested it, which is not surprising seeing as there are over 20 bath bombs waiting to be reviewed here.. but yesterday I finally decided to take Harajuku with me to the bathroom. I’m ready for a kawaii soaking session!

I have a thing for pink bath bombs. I always buy them, no matter what the scent is. Tender is the Night isn’t a unfamiliar at Lush, in fact, this is originally a massage bar. However, this wonderful scent is now crammed into a bath bomb and the result is a beautiful, pink bath bomb. That somehow ended up in my shopping basket. Along with thirteen other bath bombs. I don’t understand how this keeps happening. Must be a bug in the Lush webshop.

While browsing the webshop awhile back, Marshmallow World immediately caught my attention, and not just because of its gorgeous pink color. Apparently this bath bomb shares its scent with the well known American Cream conditioner! The decision to buy this bath bomb was quickly made, as you can imagine. After I enjoyed its scent for a few weeks while it sat on my desk, I decided to put it to use yesterday.

An earthy bath bomb, it never really grabs my attention I must admit. I really do love nature and shit, but in the bathroom I prefer sweet and floral scents. Geo Phyzz therefore remained unused quite a long time after I bought it. That’s also a bit because it is a lot smaller, which somehow keeps me from using. After the Black Rose fiasco two days ago, I didn’t have to worry that it would leave so much mess behind. However, Geo Phyzz disappointed me in a very different way..

Lush brought out a bath bomb with one of my favorite fragrance families, Rose Jam. It’s called Black Rose and it’s a Harajuku exclusive. I wasn’t planning on buying this one, because I found the price to be a bit expensive. For that amount of money I want a bath bomb that is REALLY special, and Black Rose didn’t look that special to me. But of course, as always, I ended up buying it anyway because I just couldn’t resist the idea of a bath bomb smelling like Rose Jam.
How I wished that I’ve never bought it. Not only did this bath bomb leave quite an impression, I too left an impression, uh, I mean imprint. Yeah, I know it sounds vague. Just keep on reading.
The most colorful bath bomb from the entire Harajuku range, that’s got to be Groovy Kind of Love. On a gray day this is the perfect bath bomb for you, because the colors will brighten your mood. Groovy Kind of Love was the first bath bomb on my wish list, when I heard of the 54 new bath bombs. Those appealing colors.. let’s test it out!
