Jingle Spells, Jingle Spells, jingle all the way! In the advent calendar that I bought last week there were 5 retro products, including this one. A retro product is an older Lush product, often brought back to be sold temporary. In this case it’s only included in the Advent Calendar, I’m guessing as an extra bait for those that are indecisive about the purchase. Bom Perignon has been laying in my room for months now. Every time I was deciding which bath bomb I was going to review, I skipped Bom Perignon. I mean, no offense to Bom Perignon, bug he’s a bit smaller and he looks pretty boring. And I could barely pick up any scent from it!? So I just would go for the colorful bath bombs. But when I recently had a quick poll on Instagram, it turned out people wanted to see this bath bomb to be reviewed. And you know it: your wish is my command. So, onward to the bathroom!

When I was browsing the Dutch webshop, I saw some products from the Easter range at the Last Chance section. Initially I wasn’t planning on buying more FUN Eggs — although I LOVE the Stegosaurus FUN Egg, they’re also pretty expensive. It was a struggle that didn’t last long: I decided to just order it. Today it’s the turn of the last shower gel of the Community Favourites. Turmeric Latte is based on the Turmeric Latte Bath Bomb — one that I really enjoyed. I had no idea what to expect from this shower gel though, so it was a bit of a surprise for me. I read some different opinions about it on social media, so I couldn’t wait to test it myself. Fancy a walk in the forest, but there’s no forest near you? No problem, because today’s shower gel will immediately transport to a pine forest. The bright green shower gel is based on the popular Guardian of the Forest Bath Bomb, a green bath bomb that will bring you back to earth. Although I’ve only had this bath bomb once, I was of course too curious to this shower gel to let this one slip by. Even though we’re blessed with a lovely beach here, I love being in the woods, so Guardians is a very welcome addition here.

Once upon a time, in a land far far away.. oh wait, no, it was just my bathroom. But it was a long time ago that I used Blackberry in the tub. To be precisely — in 2015, with the old Blackberry. I took photos and a video of it in horrible quality back then. Oh how I love seeing how I’ve grown. But not just me, also Blackberry has made a comeback with a new look! I don’t know what it’s like where you live, but here in The Netherlands, it’s currently bizarre hot. I’m glad I live at the coast, where it’s always a bit cooler thanks to the sea air, but elsewhere it’s easily 98 degrees (37 Celsius), I’ve even saw temperatures reaching 104 degrees (40 Celsius). It should be illegal to be this hot. When it’s this hot, a fresh, minty shower gel is essential. Therefore I was very happy with Intergalactic shower gel, because I already knew how amazing it smelled as a bath bomb.

Groovy Kind of Love, a bath bomb from the Harajuku collection that I liked a LOT. The scent actually reminded me of Golden Wonder, my favorite bath bomb by Lush, because it has the same warm citrus-like scent. I knew I would like this shower gel judging from my experience with the bath bomb, so I couldn’t wait to put it to the test. Today you’ll read all about it.

Yesterday I told you that not only six new shower gels were launched for the Community Favourites, but also a Cookie Dough scrub. And no, not the lip scrub! But a real, delicious and buttery body scrub. So if you have always wanted to indulge yourself in batter, then keep on reading. I swear, the whole Lush Community went batshit crazy when they found out. Including me. So it’s probably no surprise that I’ve bought them all. And today, we’ll start off with Goddess.
