When @pistashiba asked me what bubble bars I wanted from the Harajuku launch, it was inevitable that I’d go for Twilight bubble bar. Together with Mrs Whippy, these two were my most wanted bubble bars. I’m a huge lavender fan, and who could possibly resist this gorgeous bubble bar? I had much fun photographing this stunner, but after having drooled over its appearance for weeks, it was time to break it in half and use it in the tub.

If I’d wake up tomorrow and could only smell one scent for the rest of my life, I’d choose lavender. Lavender never gets boring to me, I love the soft floral scent so much. Being a huge fan of both the Sleepy and Twilight scent families, I had to grab myself a Sleepy bubble bar. I mean.. it doesn’t just smell amazing, it also looks drop dead gorgeous! Colder weather and shorter days are upon us. We retreat to the couch under our blankets, with a cup of tea and plans to binge watch a new show on Netflix. Because it’s dark earlier, we also go to bed earlier. And what better than to indulge yourself with the scent of lavender, to float off to dreamland? When I saw that the Sleepy Dust dusting powder was in the advent calendar, I was very happy. Bring on this lavender field in powdery form. I don’t know why I never bought this bath bomb, because once it arrived, it immediately reminded me of the scent — which I fell in love with a few years ago when I bought the Yuzu & Cocoa shower gel from the Kitchen. With that in mind, I ran to the bathroom, looking for my bottle of Yuzu & Cocoa, but unfortunately I didn’t have it anymore. (Imagine not knowing which shower gels you own 🙄) Well, then I should just enjoy the scent of this bath bomb. Time to hurl it into the tub!
